Part class, part knitting group, a knit-a-long is a low key way to learn some thing new. Come once or all month long, knit for an hour or stay the whole time. Price includes pattern. Supplies are up to you, see supply list below. There is homework for your first session!
Required Skills: Casting on/off and knitting/ purling without assistance.
Helpful skills: Long tail cast on, knitting in the round, decreasing. We can help with these skills if you need more practice.
1 Skein Juniper Moon Farm Moonshine (40% wool, 40% Alpaca, 20% silk)
US #7 or 8 24” circular needle for making your cowl.
US #7 or 8 straight or circular needles for making a swatch.
Worsted weight scrap yarn for making swatch.
HOMEWORK! Before your first session.
Use your spare set of needles and scrap yarn to cast on 22 stitches.
